Assess wet carpet condition

Safety assessment

After our inspection, we will determine if the carpet can be restored. Excessive water can become a health risk fast and have serious knock-on for your home or office. If your carpet can’t be restored then we can assist with the safe removal to ensure the property is safe for habitation.

Water extraction and drying

In most cases your home or commercial premises will be dry within 48 to 72hrs. The use of high-speed drying fans, dehumidifiers and specialist anti-microbial agents will prevent mould and bacteria growth. In some circumstances exposing the underlay to drying fans is necessary.

RE-INSTALLMENT

Your carpet may require being lifted and having new underlay placed before re-installing. This process would only be an option if your carpet is salvageable. In your worst case scenario, you would require a full recarpet but we can tell immediately after our initial inspection.
